The #BCSM Community website has a new look! There are many new features, and more will soon be added.

First of all, you’ll notice that we’re in the process of applying for 501(c)(3) nonprofit status. This will enable us to provide more services to our growing community. In the About section, you will find information on how #BCSM got started, information about the Foundation (more to come), and media coverage.

The #BCSM Tweet Chat section contains information about our Monday evening tweet chats, especially helpful for those who are new to the chats.

The Resources section contains links to medical information sites, nonprofit organizations, and community member blog posts. In addition, posts written specifically for newly diagnosed women or those with metastatic disease may be found here. If you have a medical information site that you have found helpful, know of a nonprofit organization that should be listed, or have a blog of your own you’d like to add, please let us know – use the Contact Us page. The Calendar of Events lists past and future chats, national meetings of interest, and information such as scholarship application deadlines. Please let us know if you have items that should be added.

The Blog section contains blog posts written for our chats, with links to the transcripts. In addition, we will be featuring a #BCSM Community member, a nonprofit organization, and a #BCSM physician each month – look for these posts soon. Please let us know if you would like us to feature you or your organization.

Because none of us can patrol twitter 24/7, we added a new feature – #BCSM After Hours.
